Ok so I was watching Full Metal Jacket last nite

I have seen this movie about 8 or 9 times in my relatively short 20 years and last night I picked up something I hadn't picked up on.

OMG Adam Baldwin is in it and he hasn't realy changed at all (this movie was made in the mid-eighties) I almost dropped my popcorn I squealed so loud.

Did the whole 'verses know this and not me or are there other ignorant ones out there?

Ok so now I actually do feel silly, while rewatching the last series of Angel I got a shock to see Jayne walk into Wolfram and Hart in a suit and tie with on gun to speak of.

Am I the only person on the planet who didn't know he was also Hamilton??

Adam also has a role in Next of Kin with Patrick Swayze. Adam's character is a bit of a sleazeball but Adam's acting is excellent. He was also great in Full Metal Jacket too. When I dream of Firefly coming back on there isn't an actor or actress in the cast that I could do without or accept a substitute and that holds especially true of Nathan, Jewel, and most especially Adam.

CANTONHEROINE


Adam's been in more movies than I can count. This is one of his best ones, though. I love him as Animal Mother.
Vincent D'Onofrio (of TV's Law and Order: Criminal Intent) is great in it as well.

Yeah, I realized the same thing when I watched it earlier this year for a paper I was writting. That's the life of a character actor I guess.
