i have returned! i finally got my internet hooked up and i just wanted to thank everyone for reading and responding to the "Tired Of Waiting" fic. i wasn't setting out to write a piece of humor, but then suddenly River came in and got a hold of the inkpot and...really, Wash's thought was my own reaction to the writing: A Shepherd, a Companion, a doctor and a genius took over the ship. They were armed with paint. I didn't have a chance. so, i just went with the flow. nothing else would have worked.

i'm just glad everyone else liked it, too!

i'm going to be catching up on all the shininess since i've been away, so if i'm quiet for a while...many, many apologies.
